Title: Leveraging Agentic AI in Higher Education: An eDSR Approach for Designing a Learning Support System

Generative artificial intelligence has rapidly become part of academic learning processes. However, its effective use remains limited due to technical constraints of general-purpose models, challenges in handling complex tasks, and a lack of accessible, student-centered systems. This thesis investigates how an agent-based, modular system can improve learning efficiency and quality in higher education using an echeloned Design Science Research approach. The prototype includes components for summarization, retrieval-based question answering, automated question generation, and adaptive assessment with feedback.
